Justin P. Bell's Obituary
Justin P. Bell, 24, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Friday at home surrounded by his loving family and friends, just after words of prayer with Rev. Joe. He was born in New Haven, Connecticut, and while in high school volunteered at Milford Hospital for over 500 hours where he began his love for nursing. Justin received his Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license at the young age of 18 and dedicated his life to nursing. He moved to Syracuse in 2010 in order to attend the Crouse Hospital School of Nursing, and later worked as a CNA at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Justin was an artist and enjoyed painting and sketching. He also enjoyed gardening and loved penguins so much that he adopted one of his own at the Burnet Park Zoo.
Justin is survived by his loving parents, Charles A. and Helen (Jones) Bell of Milford, CT; his brothers, Joshua and Joel Bell and his sister, Jena Bell, all of Milford, CT; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many, many loving friends.
A Funeral Service in celebration of Justin’s life will be conducted at 11:00 am on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME. Burial will follow in North Syracuse Cemetery. Calling hours for family and friends will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 pm on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
