Kaley Bordonaro's Obituary
Kaley Bordonaro, 19, of Syracuse, passed away at Upstate University Hospital on Saturday, November 22, 2014. She was born in Syracuse, the daughter of Rosene (Greene) and David Bordonaro. Kaley had a short but happy life and her family, friends, caregivers and doctors meant the world to her. Kaley touched many people’s hearts and lives. She lived her life to the fullest despite being medically fragile.
She was predeceased by her grandparents and sisters, Shana and Lauren Bordonaro.
Kaley is survived by her mother, Rosene (Greene) Bordonaro of Syracuse; her brother, Lee Bordonaro of Syracuse; her father, David (Lisa) Bordonaro of Dewitt; her half-sister, Gabriella Bordonaro, her step-brother, Jake Butchko; her aunt, Shawn (Matthew) Fiato of Syracuse; her uncle, Donald W. Greene of Syracuse and three cousins.
Kaley’s family would like to express a special “Thank You” to all of her caregivers as they treated her like family.
A Funeral Service in celebration of Kaley’s life will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 pm on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at the funeral home, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
