Kathy gave 27 years, almost half of her life to G&C Foods, and it that time she defined what the role of a credit manager was. Started off as a telephone receptionist and ended up managing the collection of hundreds of millions of dollars protecting it like it was her own. In the early days of the company a large credit loss could have been catastrophic but she always kept us safe. She could be tough as nails when she needed to be, and always took her job very seriously, you didn’t want to be a salesperson who got on her bad side!!! She loved her job, the company and the people in it, Kathy, you will be missed.
