Kathryn A. Pascarella's Obituary
Kathryn A. Pascarella, formerly Volski, 67, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Saturday at Upstate surrounded by her family. She was born in Syracuse, daughter of the late Edwin and Constance (Constantino) Dustick. Kathryn was a devout catholic, communicant of St. Cecilia’s Church, and was an active participant in several church communities. She was employed for over 18 years at Solvay Bank as head teller. Kathryn loved interacting and laughing with people especially her loving family. She always remembered people’s birthdays and special days. She enjoyed a 50 + year friendship with four lifelong friends, Adele, Anne, Margret Ann and Sandra.
She was predeceased by her parents, and her beloved grandmother, Angeline Constantino
She is survived by her loving husband, Richard J. Pascarella; three children, Matthew Volski, Andrew (Lori) Volski and Rebecca (Michael) Green; grandchildren, Lily and Zoey Volski and Michael Green; sisters, Diane (Robert) Dustick-Murphy, Trinky (Gerald) Cianfrocca; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 31, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, and 9:30 a.m. at St. Cecilia’s Church, 1001 Woods Road, Syracuse, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Family and friends may call on Thursday, May 30, 2019 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home, 3401 Vickery Road (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
