Kevin J. Procopio's Obituary
Kevin J. Procopio, 54, of Syracuse, passed away on Friday at Crouse Hospital. Born in Syracuse, he was a graduate of Assumption Academy. Kevin was employed as a nurse at Van Duyn Home & Hospital for 20 years. He was an avid sportsman and a member of the National Rifle Association. Kevin is survived by his children, Mark R. Procopio, Matthew J. Procopio and Vittoria J. Procopio, all of Syracuse; brothers and sisters, Bonnie (J. David) Damico of N. Syracuse, Victor J. Procopio of Liverpool, Janice (Richard) Meier of Georgia and Michelle Procopio of Liverpool; also many nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday at 9:00 AM in the THOMAS J. PIRRO FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) N. Syracuse, NY and 10:00 AM in St. Rose of Lima Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 2 to 5 PM. Contributions may be made to the American Red Cross, 220 Herald Place, Syracuse, NY 13202.
