Kimberly D. Taylor-Gapski's Obituary
Kimberly Denise Taylor-Gapski, 65, of Clay, passed away on April 22, 2026, surrounded by family and loved ones.
Kimberly is survived by her husband of 40 years, Daniel Gapski; her daughter, Lindsey (Joey) Sidoni; her son, Corbin (Michele) Gapski, and three grandchildren, Tateum, Nico and Paisley.
Family and time together is what Kim’s heart revolved around and cared endlessly for. She not only created a home for her family, but everyone around her. Her hospitality and warmth was felt through her creativity and love for flowers and decorating. Best recognized by her laugh, Kim’s laugh was known to fill the room with joy. You knew you were in the right place if you were hearing her laugh. One of Kim’s joys was creating scrapbooks to recapture memories. Every album has her fingerprint and serves as a reminder that Kim’s selfless heart created the memories for family in the first place. As we welcome spring and summer, her beautiful flower creations will be missed, but her work is seen everywhere you step in our home.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) N. Syracuse, NY, with a funeral service from 1:00-1:30 P.M., followed by a celebration of life gathering at Drumlins Country Club, 800 Nottingham Rd. Syracuse, NY at 3 PM.
