Leroy M. Possell's Obituary
Leroy M. Possell 90, of Syracuse, passed away Sunday at Van Duyn Rehabilitation Center. Roy was born in Ft. Wayne, IN and was an Army Air Corp Veteran of World War II. He was formerly employed by General Electric and also by Carrier Corporation for over 25 years before retiring. He loved woodworking in his retirement years.
Leroy is survived by his son, Father Symeon Kilmer of Syracuse; his grandson, Stefan Kilmer of Syracuse; a niece, Linda (William) Card of Syracuse; his nephew, James Johnson of Elbridge; nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service in celebration of Leroy’s Life will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
