Lisa Marie (Iacobucci) Swiatlowski's Obituary
Lisa Marie Swiatlowski, passed away Monday, November 18, 2019. It was sudden and unexpected. She will be sorely missed by her husband, Doug; her son, Ethan; her parents, Paul and Yvonne Iacobucci; her brother, Michael Iacobucci, her sisters-in-law, Melissa Iacobucci and Christine Swiatlowski; her nephew, Paul Iacobucci and her niece, Sarah Swiatlowski. Other family members include her Aunt and Uncle, Teresa and Mike Zugay; her cousins, Jacyln Porter and Michael Zugay; her Aunt, Julie Reichert and her Uncle, Theodore Rita.
Lisa graduated from Brockport, NY High School and loved being on the Swim Team. She graduated with a nursing degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (her Mom’s alma mater) and worked briefly at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. If you knew Lisa, you knew her wonderful, winning smile, and you also knew how kind and generous she was to all. She loved long walks at the beach or around her neighborhood in Liverpool. And we can’t forget her cats: Coco, Angel, Angie and Jack and Bridget and Otto too! We must mention coffee; she always looked forward to her morning klatch with Doug and father-in-law, Ed Swiatlowski. Her hidden talent was
organizing the many piles of paperwork that kept her and her family moving forward. Plus, we can’t forget the butterflies and angels. Her love of them gave her a special spirituality all her own.
Viewing hours will be Friday, November 22, 2019 from 5 - 7 pm at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 am, (Saturday morning), November 23, 2019 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Liverpool. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, DeWitt, NY.
