Loretta B. Intelisano's Obituary
Loretta B. Intelisano 79, of Syracuse, NY passed away peacefully on July 21, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. Loretta was born in Syracuse, daughter of the late Walter and Regina (Whorley) Schreyer. She worked as an administrative assistant for the office of Dr. Glenn J. Halbritter DMD, for several dedicated years. Loretta enjoyed trips to the casino and playing Bingo. Above all, she enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially her beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Other than her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Salvatore “Sam” Intelisano. Loretta was the youngest and last survivor of her 11 siblings that predeceased her.
Loretta is survived by her daughters; Angela (Dino) Petrera, and Nina (Karl) Schmidt; a son, Anthony Intelisano; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) N. Syracuse, NY 13212, family and friends may call from 3:00 - 4:00 PM on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at the funeral home prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Loretta’s name may be made to the CNY SPCA, 5878 E. Molloy Rd, Syracuse, NY 13211.
