Lori L. Milea's Obituary
Lori L. Milea, 55, of Chittenango, NY, passed away Thursday, February 27, 2025, at Crouse Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Syracuse, daughter of the late Joseph and Marlene (Siepiola) Milea.
Blessed with a magnetic personality, she was loved by everyone she met. There was something very special about her that is hard to describe in words. She had a unique inner beauty that exceeded even her natural outside beauty. She made everyone feel important and always put others first. Besides her love of motorcycling and boating, Lori was an avid animal lover and “Dog Mom”.
Even in sickness, she was the face of courage and strength. Instead of worrying about herself during her battle, she continued to care more about those she loved. She never once complained about her illness and fought like a warrior to the very end.
Lori is survived by her sister, Traci L. (Joseph) D’Ambrosio of NJ; her husband, Jonathan R. Perkins; two nephews, Joseph and Christopher; her niece, Giovanna; her aunt and uncle, Maryann and Nicholas Palmisano, along with other aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and her beloved dogs, Koda and Rocky.
Lori worked as a leasing manager for Ontario Credit for 30 years.
Family and friends may call from 4:00 – 7:00 pm on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. A funeral Mass in celebration of Lori’s life will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at Our Lady of Pompei/St. Peter Church, 301 Ash St., Syracuse, NY. A private burial will take place in Woodlawn Cemetery.
