Lorraine (Antuna) Schadt's Obituary
Lorraine (Antuna) Schadt, 83, formerly of Liverpool, and more recently, Frankfort, KY, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY surrounded by her loving family. Lorraine was born in Syracuse to the late Urcesino and Amelia (Sardella) Antuna. She held many various jobs throughout her career but as of late, before moving to Kentucky, she loved volunteering her time at the Francis House and functions at Assumption Church. Lorraine loved to crochet and cook meals for her family.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Robert Schadt in 2019 and her sister, Linda Antuna.
Lorraine is survived by her daughter, Lisa M. Schadt; her son, Robert M. Schadt; her grandchildren, Brianna (Jason) Peerce, Jordan Schadt (Alyssa DeLee), and Isabella Schadt; her great-grandchildren, Eli, Lily, Khivanni, and Santino; along with several cousins.
Visitation will take place from 4:00 – 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse. A funeral mass in celebration of Lorraine’s life will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, May 23, 2024, in Assumption Church. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
