Lucille "Lucy" (Darminio) Donofrio passed away peacefully on September 20, 2012 at The Cunningham where she resided. Lucy was pre-deceased by her husband, James Donofrio. Surviving are her children and their spouses: Cynthia (William) Biglin of Syracuse, NY, Richard Donofrio of Jackson Hole, WY, and Marilynn (David) Hable of Vergennes, VT; her grandchildren: Kimberly Sutton of New York, NY, Stephen Biglin of Syracuse, NY, Stephanie Mielnicki of Woodstock, GA, and Kristen Perrault of St. Albans, VT; 2 great granddaughters, 4 great grandsons, 2 sisters Louise DeSantis and Helen Darminio; and several nieces and nephews.
Lucy was employed by Chappell's & Lipe Rollway. She was best known as a homemaker and mother, enjoying many crafts including quilting/quilt club and sewing.
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of her family.
