Lucille Testone's Obituary
Lucille (DeRosa) Testone, 75, of North Syracuse, passed away peacefully Thursday at Loretto with her loving husband by her side. She was born in Syracuse, the daughter of the late Dominick and Louise (Granato) DeRosa. Lucille was employed as a private secretary with General Electric for 37 years. She was a former communicant of St. Peter's Church for many years and currently a member of St. Daniel's Church. She was also a member of the Legion of Mary at St. Peter's Church. Lucille was an avid cook and enjoyed baking for family and friends. She was a loving and caring person who loved spending time with her husband John.
Lucille is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, John P. Testone; her brother, Anthony (Veronica) DeRosa of Liverpool, her sister, Annette (John) Maselli of Syracuse along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Monday at 8:00 am in the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME and 9:00 am in St. Daniel's Church, where a mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Entombment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum. Family and friends may call at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse on Sunday from 2:00 to 5:00 pm.
