Marcia C. (D'Andrea) Pirro's Obituary
Marcia C. (D’Andrea) Pirro, 90, of Phoenix, NY, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at Elderwood of Liverpool. She was born on March 31, 1926 in Syracuse to the late Antonio and Cecile (Lillo) D’Andrea.
Marcia was a homemaker who loved to travel with her husband. She also enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Paul Pirro; her son, Pasquale D. Pirro; her brother, Pasquale D’Andrea, and sister, Lucy (D’Andrea) Lanno.
Marcia is survived by her sons, Anthony (Sandy) D’Andrea and James (Margaret) Pirro; sisters, Mary Caputo and Ann (Richard) Isyk; 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
A calling hour will be held on Monday, June 27, 2016 from 12-1 pm, followed by a funeral service in celebration of Marcia’s life at 1 pm in the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. Burial will follow at Assumption Cemetery in Syracuse.
