Margaret Mary (Bergmann) Mellor's Obituary
Margaret Mary (Bergmann) Mellor, affectionately known as Peggy, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, November 27, 2021. She was born in Plattsburgh, NY to the late Joseph and Lillian Bergmann. A caring soul, Peggy took great pride in working as a nurse’s aide for the Sisters of St. Francis.
Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her brothers, Joseph and Alfred Bergmann and a step-brother, William Mayette.
Peggy is survived by her loving husband, Davis B. Mellor, her tabby cat, “Baby”, and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service in celebration of Peggy’s life will take place on Monday, December 6, 2021 at 12 pm at Woodlawn Cemetery.
