Margaret Ann Pompo's Obituary
Margaret Ann Pompo, 67, of Liverpool, passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital on January 29, 2026.
Margaret Ann was born in Syracuse, New York, and worked for 40 years in the healthcare and social work field, making a meaningful difference in the lives of countless patients and families.
She was a proud Italian American who enjoyed many laughs with family and friends over shared meals and fine dining menus. She also cherished many summers spent at Sandy Pond on Lake Ontario.
Margaret Ann was predeceased by her beloved parents, Armond “Ace” and Julia Ann Pompo.
Survivors include her daughter, Julieta Ariana Pompo-Lewis of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; her son-in-law, Justin Anthony Lewis; her grandchildren, Margareta Michelina, Anthony Gianni, and Arieta Rose Lewis; as well as many cherished cousins and friends, including her dear friend, Courtney Hills.
A memorial Mass for family and friends will be held at St. Margaret’s Church 200 Roxboro Rd., Syracuse, NY 13211 on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 10:00 A.M.
