Maria (Bajorek) Jakubowski's Obituary
Maria (Bajorek) Jakubowski, 76, of Liverpool, passed away on Monday, November 25, 2024, at home. She was born in Rzepiennik Strzyzewski, Poland, to the late Klemens and Stanislawa Bajorek, and upon emigrating to the United States and after graduating from high school, became a seamstress for Learbury, and later, J.J. Piertrafesa Company.
Along with her parents, Maria was predeceased by her husband, Richard, in 2019; her sister, Antonina Poproch; and three brothers, Michael, Gustek, and Mietek Bajorek.
She is survived by her son, David Jakubowski; her brother, Stanislaw Bajorek; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service was held and Maria was laid to rest in North Syracuse Cemetery beside her husband, Richard, on December 12, 2024.
