Marie T. (Barbagallo) Greco 's Obituary
Marie “Tesse” (Barbagallo) Greco, 90, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Sunday at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Queens, NY, daughter of the late Salvatore and Mary Barbagallo. She married Michael A. Greco, the love of her life and together they raised their family in Syracuse, NY.
She is predeceased by her husband Mike in 2006, and four siblings.
Marie is survived by her two children, Michael J. Greco of Manlius and Donna (Jim) Goss of N. Syracuse; two loving grandchildren, James (Donna) Goss of Kennett Square, PA and Aryle Goss of Westfield, NY, and great-grandson, Franklin, along with many nieces and nephews..
Marie’s children would like to express special thanks to her aides, Heather Morris, Tasha Kidd and Cindy Lanne for their relentless care of their beloved mother.
Funeral services will be held at 8:30 am on Friday, May 11, 2018 at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, followed by a Funeral Mass in celebration of Marie’s life at 9:30 am in Blessed Sacrament Church. Entombment will be in St. Mary’s Mausoleum, Dewitt. Family and friends may call from 4:00 – 7:00 pm on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at the funeral home, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
