Marie J. (Gauvin) Bechard's Obituary
Marie J. (Gauvin) Bechard, age 84, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2017 at Crouse Hospital. Born in Plattsburgh, N.Y. the daughter of the late Alphonse and Alda Gauvin. The greatest joy in her life was spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.
Marie was predeceased by her parents and her brother Lawrence Gauvin.
Marie is survived by her husband of 66 years Angelo Bechard, her daughters Carlene Briggs, of East Syracuse, Rebecca (Chad) Eassa of Syracuse, Jennifer (Gary) Ingerson of Baldwinsville. 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild.
Marie’s family would like to thank the staff on 4 South at Crouse Hospital for their loving care for almost 4 years.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. on Monday September 25, 2017 at Immaculate Heart of Mary. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Marie’s name may be made to Crouse Hospital 4th Floor South, 736 Irving Avenue, Syracuse N.Y. 13210.
