Marie Frances (Cannizzo) Belliboni's Obituary
Marie Frances (Cannizzo) Belliboni, 90, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Auburn, NY, daughter of the late Francis and Helen (Malfa) Cannizzo. Marie graduated from Eastwood High School and was previously employed with St. Joseph the Worker and Craven Crawford Schools. She enjoyed trips to Old Forge, spending time in her yard, her beloved family, and her dogs.
She was predeceased by her loving husband, Armando Belliboni in 2018; her brother, Joseph (Esther) Cannizzo, and her three dogs, Simba, Pooh and Dominique.
Marie is survived by her children, Karen (Peter) Abbott, Richard F. Kapelewski and Randy J. (Roz) Belliboni; her five grandchildren, Courtney (Tony) Abbott Hill, Brendan Abbott, Laura Kapelewski, Nicholas Belliboni and Christopher Belliboni; two great-grandchildren, Julian and Emilie Hill, and many nieces and nephews.
Marie’s family would like to extend special thanks to the staff at Park Terrace at Radisson for their care and compassion and going above and beyond during her stay.
A funeral service in celebration of Marie’s life will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in Our Lady of Peace Mausoleum. Family and friends may call from 4:00 – 7:00 pm on Monday, March 17, 2025, at the
funeral home, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
