Marie Antoinette (DeYulio) Richer's Obituary
Marie Antoinette (DeYulio) Richer, 87, of East Syracuse, passed away Friday at Crouse Hospital.
She was born in Syracuse, and was a huge SU basketball fan. Marie also loved playing Bingo, traveling to Las Vegas, going to the casino, scratch off tickets, and playing cards. Marie especially loved spending time with her family, and making sauce and meatballs for Sunday dinners.
She is predeceased by her parents, Nicholas and Angeline (Aiello) DeYulio, and her son Mark Richer. Marie is survived by her daughter, Lynn Richer; two sons, Joe (Tammy) Richer and Jim Richer; daughter-in-law, Chris Richer; grandchildren, Terase (Donny), Nicholas (Kristi), Kira, Kimberly, Payton, Kendall, Jacob, Jagg, Paisley and Suede; great-granddaughters, Alayna, Gianna, Marciana, and Francesca; several nieces and nephews, and many favorite # 1’s.
Funeral services will be held at 8:00 am on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, followed by Funeral Mass in celebration of Marie’s life at 9:00 am in St. Daniel’s Church. Calling hours will be held on Monday, November 6, 2017 from 4 – 6:30 pm at the funeral home, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
The family would like to thank the staff at 6th North at Crouse Hospital, the staff at CNY Dialysis and Dr. Mangat for their special care.
