Mark J. Delia's Obituary
Mark J. Delia, 57, of Brewerton, passed away at his home on Sunday, January 25, 2015. He was born in Syracuse, the son of the late Marion “Bonnie” Marko and Anthony “Butch” Delia. Mark loved working with metal and was the owner and operator of Delia HVAC, Inc. for over 25 years. He enjoyed golfing and traveling. Mark had a passion for animals and was an avid hunter and fisherman who loved the outdoors his entire life.
Mark is survived by his son, Anthony “Nicholas” (Shelby Baskin) Delia of Syracuse; his former wife, Lynne Delia of Syracuse; six siblings, Michael (Delaine) Delia of Camillus, Maureen (Mark) Staab of Camillus, A. Thomas (Kelley) Delia of Camillus, Daniel F. (Debra) Delia of Baldwinsville, Timothy Delia of North Syracuse and Julie Ann Delia of North Syracuse, along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Funeral Service in celebration of Mark’s life will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME. Entombment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum. Family and friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 pm on Friday, January 30, 2015 at the funeral home, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
