Marlene A. (Dapolito) DiPaulo's Obituary
Marlene A. (Dapolito) DiPaulo, 83, of Liverpool, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, August 23, 2023. Born in Syracuse, daughter of the late Michael and Kathleen (Paparo) Dapolito, Marlene retired after 30 dedicated years with the Town of Salina. Most importantly, she took pride in caring for her family and raising her two sons. Later in life, she cherished being an outstanding grammy to her beloved grandchildren. Marlene enjoyed frequenting the casino, was an avid New York Yankees fan, and enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Michael D. DiPaulo; sons, Michael J. (Joanne) DiPaulo and Matthew J. DiPaulo; grandchildren, Kayla, Matthew, Alyssa, and Frank DiPaulo, along with 3 nieces and several cousins.
Calling hours will take place on Tuesday, August 29, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the THOMAS J. PIRRO, JR. FUNERAL HOME followed by a funeral service in celebration of Marlene’s life at 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home, 3401 Vickery Rd. (Corner of Buckley Rd.) N. Syracuse, NY 13212. She will be laid to rest at Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum, Syracuse, NY.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of CNY, 990 7th North Street Liverpool, NY 13088.
