Martin J. Campbell's Obituary
Martin J. Campbell, 29, of Liverpool, passed away Thursday at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Stony Point, NY. Martin was an avid gardener and a Teacher of Global History and Sociology with the Cicero-North Syracuse School District for 6 years. He was also a class advisor and union representative. Teaching and his students were his life. He is survived by his fiancé, Jayson H. Steere of Liverpool; his father, James (Doris) Campbell of Garnerville, NY; his mother, Mary Leahy of Stony Point, NY; two brothers, James W. Campbell Jr. of Stony Point, NY and Brian T. (Maria) Campbell of Fort Montgomery, NY; a step-brother, Jeff Abrams of Stony Point, NY; a step-sister, Cathy (Thomas) Cooney of Point Pleasant, NJ and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 11:00 am in Assumption Church. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Family and friends may call at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse on Monday from 3:00 to 7:00 pm.
