Mary (Cirillo) Cima's Obituary
Mary (Cirillo) Cima, 90, of Richmond, VA, passed away on Wednesday, September 19, 2018. She was born in Syracuse, daughter of the late Francesco and Filomena (Marano) Cirillo. She was also predeceased by her husband, John P. Cima in 1999. Family left to cherish her memory include her son, John A. Cima and wife, Bonnie F. Cima; grandchildren, John Philip Cima II and wife, Aimee Celeste Cima, Jason Michael Cima and wife, Emily Briel Waite Cima and Jamie Elizabeth Spencer and husband, Reginald Willis Spencer; six great-grandchildren, Joshua, Celeste, Zyon, Bella, Britton and Isaac.
She was affectionately known as “Grum” to all who loved her. While we mourn her loss, we rejoice in knowing that she is with her Lord and Savior.
Family and friends may call on Thursday, October 11, 2018 from 10 – 11 am, immediately followed by a funeral service in celebration of Mary’s life at 11 am at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. Burial will take place in Assumption Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
