Mary Anna DeMartino's Obituary
Mary Anna DeMartino, 62, of Syracuse, departed this earth on Friday, November 1, 2013 after a long, courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Syracuse, the loving daughter of the late Americo and Rose DeMartino. Mary was employed with the insurance industry for 40 years and was currently working at Haylor, Freyer and Coon.
Mary was a loving sister to her two sisters, Elizabeth Ann (Eddie) Torres and Teresa Rose (John) Palermo; wonderful aunt to Edward, Nicole, Gabriela and Damian Torres and Lia Elizabeth and John Palermo; loving great-aunt to Aiden, Cara and Edward Joseph Torres.
Funeral services will be held on Friday at 9:00 am in the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME and 10:00 am in Our Lady of Pompei/St. Peter Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse on Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
