Mary (Bennie) DeSocio, 91, lifetime resident of Liverpool, passed away on May 1, 2022. She was born in Syracuse, daughter of the late John and Irene (Palumbo) Bennie. Mary graduated from North High School and was employed with IBM Read Obituary
I must add, one of the first jobs I did for Mary was to redo the landscaping out on her front yard. There were yellow lilies planted there and she just did not like them. I pulled them out for her and I told her I would plant them in my yard and she was happy to hear that. When they bloom this year I will think of Mary. I’ve had them here probably three years.❤️
I knew Mary for a brief time. Did some handyman work for her, did her carpets for her a few times. We had many a lovely chat, sitting out in the garage, standing at the kitchen counter, or sitting in the living room. She was a wonderful person to speak with, such vast knowledge and such a kind loving person. You will be missed, Mary! I’m so happy that I knew you. Rest in peace my friend. ✝️️🌺✝️️❤️
