Mary (Navach) Fittipaldi's Obituary
Mary (Navach) Fittipaldi, 104, formerly of Westvale, NY, the widow of James D. Fittipaldi, passed away peacefully Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Iroquois Nursing Home. Born in Syracuse, she was the daughter of the late Andrea and Anna (Ippolito) Navach. Mary was a past parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo Church. She enjoyed bowling, playing golf, and Bridge. Mary retired after working several years as a legal typist for Judge Bamerick prior to working a short time for the town of Geddes.
Mary is survived by her four nieces, Marianne Husted of Arizona, Jeanette Cimo of NYC, Pat Childs of Florida, and Zena (Chuck) Terpening of Camillus; along with several grand-nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may call on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 from 3:00 – 4:00 pm, followed by a funeral service in celebration of Mary’s life at 4:00 pm at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse. Private burial will be in Assumption Cemetery.
