Mary E. Gatto's Obituary
Mary E. Gatto, 83, of Syracuse, passed away August 19, 2019 at Upstate University Hospital after a brief illness. A life resident of Syracuse, she lived many years at the Brick School Terrace Apts. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Pompei/St. Peter Church. She was previously employed by Lincoln Supply for many years before her retirement.
She was predeceased by her parents, Anthony and Rose Gatto and five siblings, Martha Berube, Sam, Frank, Mario and Joseph Gatto. Mary is survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, August 23, 2019 from 4:00 – 6:00 pm, immediately followed by a Funeral Service in celebration of Mary’s life at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. Burial will take place at 9:30 am on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at Assumption Cemetery.
