Mary Elizabeth Gorman's Obituary
Mary Elizabeth Gorman, 55, passed away on June 12, 2021 in Rome, NY after a long illness. She was born on August 15th, 1965 in Syracuse, NY. She grew up in Fayetteville and attended and graduated from Perkiomen School in Pennsburg, PA and attended Cazenovia College. Mary Beth was a billing administrator for many years in her father’s Dr.’s office and took pride in her work. Her faith and her family were extremely important to her. She enjoyed reading, collecting movies, and church-socials. She was a foster-parent for many years to several children. Mary Beth is survived by her mother, Joan Priest; stepmother, Martha Gorman; 2 brothers, Kevin (Marci), Paul; sister, Sheila Larkin (Christopher); aunt, Jean Gorman, and 6 nieces and nephews (Jarrett, Amber, Conor, John, Lily and Bridie). She was predeceased by her beloved father, John Francis Gorman, and her life-partner Ron. A family memorial service will be held later in September.
