Mary Anne Krisanda 's Obituary
Mary Anne (Bombardo) Krisanda, 75, of Liverpool, passed away Saturday at her home with her loving family and friends by her side. A life resident, she was a communicant of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Liverpool. She was predeceased by her husband, Albert Krisanda in 2000 and by her parents, Vincenzo & Rose Clemento Bombardieri; her brothers, Floyd, Albert, Joseph, Pat and Anthony, and her sister, Helen Corasaniti. Mary Anne had been employed by the Beacon Credit union for 33 years before retiring in1990. She was a member of the Carrier Women's Club. An avid traveler, she loved spending time playing cards with her family on Friday nights, enjoyed lunch and cards with her friends and most of all her frequent visits to the Turning Stone Casino. She also loved crocheting afghans and making puzzles. Surviving are: 2 brothers: Arthur (Rachel) Bombardieri of Tennesse and Frank Bombardieri of Liverpool; 2 sisters-in-law: Grace & Pearl Bombardo; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be conducted at 8:30 AM Tuesday in the THOMAS J. PIRRO, JR. FUNERAL HOME and 9:30 AM in Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Liverpool, where a Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated. Burial will be in the Onondaga County Veterans Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the funeral home, 3401 Vickery Road (Corner of Buckley Rd.) Monday from 4 to 7 PM. The family would like to express a special thanks to Dr. Himpler and his staff at Hematology Oncology Associates for their loving care. In lieu of flowers, friends may make contributions to their favorite charity.
