Mary Louise "Marylou" Bailey (Bowles)'s Obituary
Mary Louise “Marylou” Bailey (Bowles), 67, of Brewerton, NY, passed away on September 11th, 2021 after dealing with significant health issues. Marylou grew up in Syracuse, NY and attended Henninger High School. She was a Manager for The Legend Group, then opened her own Tax Company. Marylou loved spending time at her camp in Clayton, NY, spending time with her family, online shopping, reading books, gardening and helping others.
Marylou was predeceased by her husband, Erwin (Glenn) Bailey; parents, Ronald and Mary Fortino Bowles; brothers, Ronald and John Bowles; nephew, Brandon Bowles, and her godmother, Louise Buehner.
She is survived by her daughter, Toya L. Beverly Bender; grandchildren, Anthony (Tea), Tiana and Jazmine; great-grandchildren, Aydin and Giovanni; daughter that God sent her, Brunie Ramos; brothers, Richard and William (Denise) Bowles, Sr.; sisters, Sharon (Gerald) Pollock and Doris (Norman) Smith; many nieces, nephews, cousins; special cousin, Robin Lowe; special family, The Ramos/Colon Family; and best friend, Lisa Collins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2021 from 10 am – 12 pm, immediately followed by funeral service in celebration of Marylou’s life at noon at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. She will be laid to rest in Onondaga Valley Cemetery.
