Mary Margaret A. Detor, 66, born in Syracuse, passed away suddenly on Friday, February 17, 2017. She was predeceased by her parents, Rose (Ruscito) and Louis J. Detor, Jr. She is survived by her brother, Louis J. Detor III of Ch Read Obituary

I was so sorry to read of Mary's passing. We played softball together many years ago. Mary didn't like to have to run the bases, so she hit us ALOT of homeruns! We won many games because of her! May God Bless you all with beautiful memories of Mary and comfort you during this difficult time.

Liz, Eleanor and Louis---As you know, Mary and I were born six days apart and when we were little, she was always the 'oldest' and out-ranked me a bit during some games played at 331 Lillian Ave! I also remember a hot summer day that Mary and I went swimming--I'm pretty sure at Schiller Park--and we both really enjoyed ourselves. Afterward, Aunt Rose made supper (don't recall the menu!).
Please know that during this time of loss, your cousins stand with you.

I was so sorry to read about Mary in this mornings paper...We played softball together in the 80's and had alot of good and fun memories of her.

Elizabeth, Elenor, Louis, I am very sadended to hear of Mary Margaret's passing.
I remember playing at Grandma and Grandpa's back yard at Easter time when we were all just kid's.
