Mary C. (Polito) Northrup's Obituary
Mary C. (Polito) Northrup, 95, of Syracuse, passed away Sunday at Seneca Hill Manor in Oswego, NY. She was born in Syracuse, daughter of the late Sebastiano and Gaetana Politi. Mary graduated from North High School and worked as a bookkeeper and secretary throughout her career. She and Dick enjoyed traveling and spending time at the family camp.
She was predeceased by her husband, Richard J. Northrup in 1988; and siblings, James, Louis and Emily.
Mary is survived by her brother, Rudolph Polito; her sister, Adeline Canestrare; and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may call on Saturday, July 28, 2018 from 10:30 am – 11:30 am, immediately followed by a Funeral Service in celebration of Mary’s life at 11:30 am at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. Private entombment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum.
