Mary V. Palmisano's Obituary
Mary V. (Spada) Palmisano, 91, of Liverpool, passed away Monday at James Square Nursing Home. She was born in Manlius, NY, daughter of the late Philip Spada and Leona (Spada) Dischler. Mary was a school bus driver with Liverpool Central School District, retiring after many years of dedicated service. She enjoyed cooking, crocheting, and camping in her early years.
Besides her parents, she was also predeceased by her husband, George D. Palmisano; sons-in-law, Robert Darby and Frank DeMoore, and her brother-in-law, Nick Pallotta.
Mary is survived by two daughters, Donna Darby of Liverpool and Diane DeMoore of Florida; her son, George (Kelly) Palmisano of Liverpool; four grandchildren, Janice, John, Melissa, and Travis; five great-grandchildren; her sister, Connie Pallotta; several nieces, nephews, and a cousin.
Family and friends may call from 4:00 – 7:00 pm on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. A funeral service in celebration of Mary’s life will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, July 28, 2017 at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, followed by burial in Assumption Cemetery.
