Mary Rose "Rosemary" (Strange) Beck 's Obituary
Mary Rose “Rosemary” (Strange) Beck passed away peacefully on January 28, 2019 at the age of 83 with her family by her side. She was born in Syracuse, daughter of the late Samuel and Mary Perrone. Besides her passion for cooking and baking, she couldn’t do enough for her children and grandchildren. She also loved to play bingo and have a late-night poker game.
She is predeceased by her husband, Ronald Beck; daughter, Rachael Stevenson, and sister, Carmela Colosi.
Rosemary is survived by her sons, Peter Strange, Frank Strange (Kelly) and Paul Strange (Barbara); her daughters, Marie Trimm (Larry), Debra Musak (Bob), Jeanine Greco (Charlie) and Sandra Gallo (Ron); 15 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; her brother, Joseph Perrone (Marge) and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2019 from 11 am – 1 pm, immediately followed by a Funeral Service in celebration of Rosemary’s life at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
