Mary Joan (Strandell) Pascale's Obituary
Mary Joan (Strandell) Pascale, 69, of Syracuse, passed away at home December 19, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Syracuse, daughter of the late Carl and Alberta Strandell. Mary graduated from Henninger High School and worked for the Syracuse City School District for 28 years. She was a member of the Abundant Life Church Choir.
Mary is survived by her husband of 35 years, Joseph Cloutier; three sons: Aaron (Emily) Pascale, Alan (Jaime) Pascale and David Cloutier; stepchildren: Joe Cloutier, Marie Corallo and Dana Cloutier; grandchildren: Isabella, Cole, Ava, Olivia and Sam Pascale; Kaiya Cloutier, Hope Corallo and Levi Cloutier; siblings: Sharon Westcott and John (Stephanie) Strandell; many nieces and nephews, and her dogs, Spike and Toby.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, from 10:30 am – 12:30 pm, immediately followed by a funeral service in celebration of Mary’s life at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. She will be laid to rest in Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum.
