MaryAnn (Cerio) Kern's Obituary
MaryAnn (Cerio) Kern, 88, of Jamesville, passed away peacefully at home on August 31, 2023.
MaryAnn was born in Syracuse on August 4, 1935 to the late John and Angeline (Butino) Cerio. She graduated from St. John the Baptist High School in Syracuse and worked for New York Telephone Company and retired from Service Merchandise. MaryAnn enjoyed playing cards with friends, dinner outings, spending time with her family, going to the movies, and traveling.
She is survived by her brother, John Cerio; daughters, Karen Stone (Tom) and Kristine Kern (Jim Sheedy); grandchildren, TJ Stone (Jennifer), Tyler and Trevor Stone, Arielle, Madalyn, Kaylie, and Brea Sheedy; great granddaughter, Freya Stone; nieces and nephews, many cousins and friends.
MaryAnn will live on through wonderful memories, comforting recipes and everlasting love that she had with family and friends. Our family would like to thank everyone for their kindness and support during this difficult time.
Funeral services and Interment will be private.
Contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
