Michael V. Aiello's Obituary
Michael V. Aiello, 58, of Syracuse, passed away Wednesday at Upstate University Hospital Community Campus. He was born in Syracuse, son of the late Joseph and Lorraine (Juista) Aiello. Michael was a devoted father, husband, and friend and was truly loved by so many. He was currently employed at CNY/Centro Bus Transportation and worked many years prior as a machine operator at Crouse Hinds/Cooper Industries.
Michael leaves behind his loving wife of 33 years, Katherine M. (Caprilozzi) Aiello; his daughters, Lauren and Marissa, both of Syracuse; his sister, Rose Marie “Sissy” Aiello; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, cousins, and wonderful friends who adored him, and his unconditional love of Chloe, the family dog.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 8, 2016 at 9:00 AM in the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, followed by a Funeral Mass in celebration of Michael’s life at 10:00 AM in St. John the Baptist Church. Family and friends may call from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM on Sunday, August 7, 2016 at the funeral home, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
