Michael D. Carroll's Obituary
Michael D. Carroll, 70, of Liverpool, passed away Tuesday at St. Joseph's Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Syracuse, the son of the late John and Florence Carroll. Michael was an inspector with Carrier Corporation for over 30 years, retiring in 1997. He was also a special deputy with the Onondaga County Sheriff's Department for over 30 years.
Michael is survived by his beloved wife of 18 years, Annette (Catarisano) Carroll; his loving companion, his dog, "Bella"; two daughters, Pamela Connelly and Cathy (Raymond) Burton; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, James (Leta) Carroll; a sister, Patricia Catalano along with many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Monday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse with a Memorial Service celebrating Michael's life immediately following.
His family would like to express a special thank you to St. Joseph's Hospital Nursing Unit, 1-4 and St. Joseph's Homecare for their help throughout Michael's illness.
