Michael C. Castrello's Obituary
Michael C. Castrello, 62, of Syracuse, NY passed away Saturday, May 23, 2015 at St. Joseph’s Hospital. He was a life time resident of Syracuse. Mike graduated from Henninger High School in 1971 and attended NY Institute of Photography in NYC. He loved gardening and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Mike was a true family man and his life revolved around his wife and son. "I Carry Your Heart In Me (I Carry It In My Heart). - E.E. Cummings.
Mike is survived by his wife, Kerryann (Gesel) Castrello and his son, Cullen Castrello; two brothers, Louis (Linda) Castrello and Nicholas (Jeanette) Castrello; his sister, Rosemary (John) Schmidt; several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, May 29, 2015 from 4:00 to 6:30 pm followed by a funeral service in celebration of Mike’s life at 6:30 pm at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
