Michael J. Fortino's Obituary
Michael J. Fortino, 60, of Lacona , NY, passed away September 21, 2018 at home. Born in Syracuse, Michael enjoyed hunting, snowmobiling, the outdoors and had a great love of nature.
He was predeceased by his parents, Leo C. and Bertha (Farmer) Fortino.
Michael is survived by his two sisters, Patricia Fortino of Syracuse, Pamela Fortino of Phoenix, NY; two brothers, William (Anna Marie) Fortino, of Syracuse and Mark Fortino of Camden N.Y.; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M., immediately followed by a Funeral Service in celebration of Michael’s life at 1:00 P.M. at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
In lieu of flowers contributions in Michael’s name may be considered to the Lacona Volunteer Fire Department or the Redfield Volunteer Fire Department.
