Michael L. Fusco's Obituary
Michael L. Fusco, 97, of Mattydale, peacefully passed away on Sept 17, 2022. Michael was born in Syracuse, the son of Carmine & Angeline Fusco. He was an Army Veteran of WWII stationed in Iceland.
A graduate of Syracuse University, Michael worked for D. W. Winkelman Co., the Onondaga County Probation Department and was the owner of Ye Olde Curiosity Shoppe in Syracuse. A lifelong resident of Syracuse, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and coin collecting.
Michael was predeceased by his brothers, Francis and John and his sisters, Gilda and Margaret.
He is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Michael will be interred at the Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery. A prayer service with Military Honors will take place at the Chapel at the Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at 1 pm.
