Michael J. Rydelek's Obituary
Michael J. Rydelek, age 69, passed away on May 31, 2024. He was born in Syracuse and graduated from Henninger High School.
Mike was a meat cutter at Marino’s, Wegmans and Tops Markets and a dealer at Turning Stone Resort. He enjoyed collecting vintage jukeboxes and playing cards.
Mike was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Margaret Rydelek; a brother, Joseph Rydelek; a niece, Jennifer Gilbert; and his wife, Margaret “Peg” Schuelke Rydelek.
He is survived by his sister, Margaret “Peg” (Dick) Gilbert; daughter, Meghanne (Tony) Esposito; son, Joe Rydelek; two grandsons, and several nieces and nephews.
Private funeral services entrusted to THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME. Michael was laid to rest in Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay, NY.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Diabetes Association.
