It has been about 47 years since I last saw or heard from Michelle. We were childhood freinds back in Syracuse many years ago. Back in those days, I remember her as being very talented in dance. She took tap and ballet, and Jazz dancing way back then. I remember attending one of her recitals. She was blessed with a big loving extended family who all lived in the cluster of homes on the corner of Turtle and Spring. As a freind back then, she was always a lot of fun to spend time with, we played with Barbie dolls, roller skated on the sidewalks, shared games of red rover or giant steps, and walked to and from Salina school together. I remember while we played, her mom would be making the best pasta sauce from scratch. Michelle and I used to sneak little tastes when we could get away with it. She was a lovely petite child, with long ringlets in her dark hair, with a sweet thoughtful personality to match. I know she will be missed. May the good Lord watch over you in Heaven Michelle. .
