Michele A. (Adler) Payment's Obituary
Michele A. (Adler) Payment passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at Francis House. A native of Brooklyn, Michele was born August 1, 1947, daughter of the late Max and Violet Adler. She moved to Liverpool in 1976 and worked for Cambridge Filter, followed by Lipe Automation, then retiring from Ralph W. Earl Company. Michele, along with her late husband Edward Payment, was an avid boater, American Wine Society member, SU Orangepack member (football & basketball), and Famous Artists Broadway Theater goer. She volunteered several years at Beaver Lake Nature Center and the Baldwinsville Visitor Center. Michele loved Disney, her Bible study groups, live music, traveling, YMCA swim classes, and—most of all—spending time with family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Edward “Mutley” Payment in 2019.
Michele is survived by her children, Stacey (Mike) Wright and Ken (Melissa) Otter;; her grandchildren, Chase (Rayanne) Wright, Laurana Otter, Justin Otter, and Curtis Wright; her sister Patricia Adler and niece Cynthia Posner, and many loved cousins and in-laws.
Michele’s family would like to thank all who provided love and support these last few months.
Family and friends may call on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, from 5:00—7:00 pm at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd., (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse. A funeral service in celebration of Michele’s life will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME with burial to follow at Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville.
