Michelle M. (Hunt) Burst's Obituary
Michelle Marie (Hunt) Burst, 68, of N. Syracuse, passed away at Francis House on August 31, 2022. She was born in Syracuse and graduated from Henninger High School and Continental School of Beauty. Michelle retired after many years at Packaging Corp. of America. She enjoyed gardening, baking, and spending time with her grandchildren and her dog Molly.
She is predeceased by her parents, Kenneth and Josephine (DelGuidice) Hunt.
Michelle is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Thomas Burst; two sons, Tommy (Ashley) Burst, and Michael Burst; two grandchildren, Grayson and Sienna; her sister, Sue (Peter) Kline; a brother, Kenneth Hunt; her sister-in-law, Linda (Jim) Burst-Tyler, along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2022 from 9:00 – 10:00 am at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY, followed by a funeral mass in celebration of Michelle’s life at 11:00 am at St. Rose of Lima Church, 409 S. Main St., N. Syracuse, NY. She will be laid to rest in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery, Baldwinsville, NY.
