Myrle A. Capria-Curro's Obituary
Myrle A. Capria-Curro, 46, of North Syracuse, passed away Saturday at home with her loving family by her side. Born in Syracuse, Myrle was a customer service representative at Carrier Corporation for ten years. After coaching cheerleading for many years, in 1999, she founded "New Generation Cheer Elite All Stars" in Syracuse. In 2009, "Powers Unite the Fury" was created before partnering with "Core Athletix" in 2011. She was predeceased by her mother, Linda Ballard in 1994. Myrle is survived by her husband, Nicholas J. Curro; four children, Richard O'Donnell, Jessica O'Donnell, both of N. Syracuse, Joseph (Kelly) Curro of Camillus and Nicole Curro-Devel (Michael) of Liverpool; her father, Albert J. Capria; four grandchildren, Jaylin O'Donnell, Angelina Corron, Giovanna and Luciana Devel; two brothers, Jamie Capria of Solvay, Nicholas J. Capria of Camillus and her sister, Annette Capria (Todd Diffenderfer) of N. Syracuse. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:00 am in the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME on Thursday from 4 to 7 pm.
