Nasser Totari's Obituary
Nasser Totari, 57, of Warners, NY, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 31, 2017 with his family by his side. He was born August 28, 1960 in Jaffa, Israel, son of the late Albert and Mariam Totari.
Nasser was loved by many and was a member of St. Elias Orthodox Church. He enjoyed singing, playing the OUD (guitar), fishing, and making people laugh. Nasser truly lived life to the fullest.
Besides his parents, he was also predeceased by his brothers, Saba Abou and Manuel Totari.
Nasser is survived by his wife, Ester Totari; his children, Albert (Tamar) Totari, Nadia (Zouheir Ibrahim) Totari, Janet (Alfred) Michaels, Marie and Christina Totari; sisters, Janet Guindy, Jaclyn Kalalian, and Odette Hadad; his brother, George Totari; several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Funeral Service in celebration of Nasser’s life will be held at 9:30 am on Friday, January 5, 2018 at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, and 10:30 am at St. Elias Orthodox Church. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 4:00 – 7:00 pm with a Trisagion service at 6:30 pm on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse, NY.
