Nick Intondi, 91, passed away peacefully Thursday at home surrounded by his family. Nick was born in Italy, the son of the late Fedele and Concetta Intondi. He was the head tailor for Wells and Coverly for more than 40 years before retiring.
In addition to his parents, Nick was predeceased by his wife Loretta in 1984, and his brother Louis. He is survived by his son Fred (Jeanne) Intondi of Cicero, and granddaughter Nicole A. (Shawn Halloran) Intondi of Syracuse, his brother Vincent Intondi of Syracuse and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Nick's family would like to acknowledge the wonderful care Nick received from the PACE program.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 9:00 am in the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME and 10:00 am in St. Rose of Lima Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) North Syracuse on Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
